On Thursday, 18 November 2021 at about 15:25 Germiston SAPS crime prevention were conducting patrols when they got a tip-off that there is some men delivering drugs at Meyer street. The members promptly responded to the information and found the men as reported.
Upon searching them, one tried to run away but was caught and drugs were found in his possession.
The seized drugs are estimated to the street value of approximately R500 000
The two suspects aged 40 and 45 years old were arrested and expected to appear before Germiston Magistrates’ Court on a charge of possession of drugs.
