Natania Anqelique Nixon (36), appeared in the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, 10 January 2023, after a warrant of arrest was executed at a residence along Suikerbos Street in Doornpoort, Pretoria.
Nixon was previously arrested in January 2020, when members from Germiston Serious Organised Crime investigation uncovered a hydroponic dagga laboratory at her residence in Juniper Avenue, Annlin.
The case was consequently struck-off the court roll pending further investigation and a forensic science laboratory report.
As soon as the case was reinstated in 2022, Nixon couldn’t be found at her previous known address. She was consequently circulated as sought after the court order was granted.
She was eventually traced to her latest hideout on Tuesday with the assistance of the local police.
The case has been postponed to Monday, 23 January 2023, whilst she has been released on a free bail.
