Former Hawks boss Anwa Dramat and his two co-accused, Shadrack Sibiya and Lesley Maluleka will appear in the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court on various charges including kidnapping, defeating the ends of justice and contravention of the immigration act.
The charges relate to the rendition of five Zimbabwean suspects in 2010.
