A 5-year-old girl has sustained serious injuries after being burnt by hot water in Fochville on the evening of 15 July 2017.
At the time of their arrival, ER24 paramedics found the girl had sustained extensive burn wounds to her lower abdomen and back.
She was found in a lot of pain sitting on a family member’s lap at approximately 18:00.
The girl was stabilized and airlifted to a nearby hospital by the ER24 and One Plan Medical Helicopter to receive immediate treatment.
