At 00h46 on Wednesday morning Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a stabbing incident in Main Street Garsfontein, Pretoria.
Reports from the scene indicate that five people were attacked in the early hours of the morning. Exact detail to the cause of the incident will form part of the South African police investigation.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and found that the people had been tied up, assaulted and stabbed.
After the injured were examined it was found that two females tragically died before our arrival, one female was in a critical condition, a man was seriously injured while another female escaped with moderate injuries.
Netcare 911 paramedics stabilised the injured at the scene before they transported them to the hospital for the care that they required.
