A female motorist was killed during a cash in transit robbery in Pretoria North. A gunfight between Fidelity guards and the robbers led to her death when she was hit by a bullet.
It is the umpteenth Cash in transit robbery in recent weeks and the robbers fled with an unknown amount of cash.
The van was bombed using explosives which also damaged two other vehicles.
Experts say it’s time for decoy vehicles to be used and that these robbers should be shot dead.
