Father Pugin injured in violent #FeesMustFall protest

Lieutenant General Gary Kruser, Deputy National Commissioner for SAPS National Management Intervention, today visited Father Graham Pugin at his home.

Father Pugin, of the Holy Trinity Church in Braamfontein, Johannesburg, sustained mouth injuries after being struck by a rubber round yesterday during #FeesMustFall protect action.

Lt Gen Kruser apologized to the Father for the injuries he sustained and advised that an investigation into the incident had been instituted.

We wish Father Pugin a speedy recovery.
