A violent farm attack took place on Sunday 23 September 2018, at a farm in Buffelsdrift, Roodeplaat, Gauteng. Two attackers tied up a couple, their daughter and granddaughter after forcing their way into the home.
A woman (61) died at the scene after attackers shot her in the chest. Her bound husband lay for about an hour next to her before he managed to free himself and call for help.
A cellphone and car were robbed during the attack. There is no other information available at this time and police are investigating.
