A farm attack took place on 14 March 2021, at 04:00 on a smallholding in Kameeldrift West, outside of Pretoria, in the Gauteng province of South Africa. A woman was overpowered in her home after she was woken by noises. She was attacked by two armed assailants who viciously assaulted her.
The attackers gained entry to the property by cutting the fence and then breaking open the door of the home.
The home was ransacked and the attackers then fled on foot with laptops and a phone.
The police are investigating but there have been no arrests. There is no other information available at this stage.
