A farm attack took place on 4 March 2019, on the Moloto road in Rust De Winter, at Natshana safaris, Gauteng. Two male victims were shot and wounded. They could only summon help the following morning after having also been tied up. Four attackers, three with handguns and the fourth with a shotgun broke into the home and attacked the men. The younger male victim was shot in chest he was later airlifted by Netcare 911 to hospital. The older man was shot in the leg he was transported by ambulance to hospital.
Two vehicles were stolen during the attack. Be on the lookout for a Toyota Land Cruiser CN84GZGP and a Nissan Bakkie TDK399GP.
