The Gauteng government has announced that it is not in their power to scrap the failed E-Toll system as it is a project of the national government.
More than 15 000 motorists have been issued summonses for outstanding E-Toll fees, including Blade Nzimande.
In July already the ANC in Gauteng acknowledged that the system has failed and it has now been left to Cyril Ramaphosa and David Makhura to sort out the problem.
