Two judges and a minister were victims of crime in the last few days.
One of them was the chief justice, Mogoeng Mogoeng, whose office in Midrand was robbed and several computers with sensitive information stolen.
Some civil society organizations even suspect that political motives may be responsible for the burglary. Justice Mogoeng has made several statements, which the ANC and its leader do not like.
On the same day, a judge of the High Court in Johannesburg was robbed at his home.
And in Mtata, Nomvula Mokonyane, Minister of Water, and Sanitation, was robbed while she was in a hotel room sleeping. They took her purse, phone, and tablet.
