The members of the Atteridgeville SAPS attached to Crime Prevention made a major drug bust after the members acted on information about a large dagga consignment that was just delivered to the alleged dealer.

The members made a follow-up on the information that lead them to an address in extension 18, West of Atteridgeville where they discovered bags filled with dagga.

It is alleged that a 32-year-old Swaziland National was found in possession of the large bags that were used to transport the consignment of dagga.

The discovery is estimated at a street value of about R150 000.

The suspect will appear at the Atteridgeville Magistrate’s Court soon.
