Johannesburg: Thapelo Matsehi will appear in the Palm Ridge High Court where a pre-sentencing report is expected. He has been convicted of four counts of rape and four counts of murder.

Western Cape court news:

Beaufort West: A man accused of murdering his cellmate in June is expected to appear in the Beaufort Magistrate’s court. He was referred to Valkenberg hospital last month. Zuko Mqungquthu, 29, faces a charge of murder following the death of Gerdo Karelse, who was killed in the holding cells of the local police station in the early hours of Monday, June 27.

Cape Town: A Chinese man and a Chinese woman, who engaged in human trafficking for sexual purposes, will be sentenced in the Parow Regional court. Chinese nationals Jiang Wang, of Kenilworth, and his woman co-accused, Yiting Wong, both 32, are expected to appear before magistrate Elsa van Zyl, in the Parow Regional Court.
