An interim investigation report on the so called Tshwane’s contract involving R1,2 billion, once again focuses on corruption in South Africa, which just does not want to stop.

The government has entered into an infrastructure contract with the engineering consultant GladAfrica, which is now regarded as illegal has left the ruling party with red noses.

It appears that the giant contract is not in accordance with the constitution and the Municipal Finance Management Act and Regulation 32.

A final report is expected soon on the GladAfrica institution that has been working for a three year period and has received millions of commissions.

The City Manager, Moeketsi Mosola, argues that GladAfrica has been contracted under regulation 32 of the tender process.
