The case of a 36-year-old Nigerian man accused of turning a 12-year-old into a sex slave was postponed yesterday, 19 December 2016, for the third time.
The accused, Augustine Omini Obono (36) briefly appeared in the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court on 19 December 2016.
Obono is expected to furnish his legal aid attorney with his address for the purpose of bail application, expected to be heard by the same court on Thursday 22 December 2016.
The accused is now facing charges of rape, human trafficking and kidnapping.
