PROTEST – Police said they were patrolling the streets of Sebokeng Thursday after days of violent services delivery protests.
South African Police Service spokesperson, Warrant Officer Aubrey Moopeloa, said Sebokeng was calm, but police remained on alert.
“Riots have been about service delivery. A bus from City to City was burnt on Monday.”
Moopeloa, however, said some roads in the area were still barricaded.
