The body of a man, believed to be in his 20s, was found this morning lying on the side of the Libya Crescent In Cosmo City, north of Johannesburg.
ER24 paramedics were called to the scene by the local authorities, arriving at 08h01.
Upon closer inspection, paramedics found the body of a man lying on the side of the road.
Paramedics assessed the man and found that he had sustained serious burn wounds over most of his body, as well as serious facial injuries. Unfortunately, the man had already succumbed to his injuries. Nothing could be done for him and he was declared dead.
The details surrounding this incident are not yet known but local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
