Black Unisa employees suffering under black leadership

Black Unisa employees describe their working conditions under black officials as “poisonous”.

Hearings for the SA Human Rights Commission deals with racism, sexism and discrimination, but the white boss, Professor Peter Havenga, is their hero.

Complaints against Havenga were made to draw attention off black on black racism.

A black administrative assistant accuses the head of the Directorate of Program Accreditation, Alice Mkhuzangwe, of making working conditions unbearable for black women. Mkhuzangwe is described as a hostile manager.

Havenga is on special leave as her safety can not be guaranteed.
