The arrest warrant issued against Stephanus Johannes Grobler was executed on 20 March 2024. The allegations include amongst others fraud, a pattern of racketeering activities and contravention of Financial Markets Act against Steinhoff International Holdings. He appeared in court and the case was postponed to today, 25 March 2024 for bail judgement where he was granted R150 000 bail with conditions. Grobler will appear again in the Pretoria Specialised Commercial Crimes Court on 26 June 2024.
