This morning, whilst on his way to work one of our ILS Medics came across a taxi accident on the corner of Beyers Naude and Hockey, in Northcliff.
On assessment, it was found that a total of eight passengers had sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate.
The ILS immediately called for further resources and Emer-G-Med were dispatched to the scene.
The patients were treated at the scene before being transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
The events leading up to the collision are unclear and will be investigated by JMPD.
