Police are on the lookout for two men who allegedly raped a woman after she was lured into a vehicle she thought was a taxi.

On 18 May 2022 at about 08:30, the 43-year-old victim got into a white Toyota Tazz she thought was a taxi, and even paid the driver.

The driver did not take her to her destination and drove off with her. The suspects took her into the bushes where she was rape at knifepoint and at gunpoint.

After the rape ordeal, the victim was taken back into the vehicle, and they drove off with her, leaving her at the Doorpan Sewerage. She managed to report the incident to the police and a case of rape was registered.

An identikit was compiled.
