Woman beaten unconscious by three attackers on smallholding
Tenants attacked, tied up and held at gun point on smallholding

On Friday 14 April, around 03:30, a female victim (35) was beaten unconscious by three suspects on a smallholding situated in Swartberg, outside Bloemfontein.

The woman who is a worker on the smallholding lives in a backroom on the property. The suspects beat the women with an iron object (presumably a golf club or something similar). The woman screamed for help and the owner, upon hearing the commotion, alerted the police and community security.

The Emergency services transported the unconscious woman to the Pelonomie Hospital in Bloemfontein with severe head injuries. The victim is currently receiving treatment.

The suspects fled with a cheap cell phone valued at R600.

The police are investigating the incident, and no arrests have been made.
