The Hawks’ Serious Organised Crime Investigation team in Bloemfontein is appealing to members of the community to assist in locating Boile William Tlou (40) who is also known as Senanabela.
It is believed that Tlou in the picture can assist in the ongoing investigation into a case of murder that took place on the 5 December 2017, in Welkom where Thapelo Talla (37) was shot and killed.
It alleged that the deceased succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds just outside the house of an associate following their meeting.
