Two workers from the farm Delportsrus near Kroonstad were attacked and assaulted by 10-armed robbers on Saturday, March 11.
According to reports from VKB/FSA Safety Desk, the robbers arrived at the farm with a bakkie and a trailer. The robbers who broke into the farmhouse and storage facilities assaulted the two farm workers.
The robbers left with 14 solar panels and batteries, including other workshop equipment. The estimated loss and damage is R200 000.00
The police are investigating the incident.
