During Tuesday 28 December 2021 at about 22:00, members at Heidedal SAPS Community Service Centre received a complaint from Harde Single in Bloemside Phase 1 just outside Bloemfontein.

Three officials attended to the complaint including the 52-year-old Warrant Officer who was also the Relief Commander.

On arrival at the scene, they found a middle aged male who had been stabbed allegedly by his nephew who also broke the uncle’s house windows and then ran away.

The police called an ambulance and at the same time received information that the suspect was causing problems at his home.
