Tshepo Morris was reported missing at Parkweg SAPS on Monday, 13 February 2023, and has been missing since.
On Wednesday, 13 February 2023, the brother-in-law of Tshepo, collected him from Marikana in Rustenburg with the hope of taking him back to the Eastern Cape to his family.
The brother-in-law stopped at a filling station in Falcke Street, Bloemfontein, upon his return Mr Morris was nowhere to be found.
The complainant went to Parkweg police station and a missing person’s enquiry was opened.
