Police requests public assistance in finding Tinus Nel, a white male aged 26, suffers from speech disorder.
It is alleged that in January 2023, he left home with his girlfriend Wilamien (37) and has never returned.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans, red t-shirt, blue tekkies and blue jacket.
He has black hair and brown eyes.
