On Saturday, 24 June 2017 Hamilton Bruce (46) and wife were attacked by two armed suspects on their farm outside Ladybrand.
A police spokesperson, Phumelelo Dlamini confirmed that the two suspects attacked Hamilton who sustained head injuries during the assault.
The suspects fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash, a laptop and cell phones.
Dlamini said it is alleged that the suspects are foreign nationals and requesting anyone with information to come forward or contact Crime Stop at 08600 10111.
In the meantime, the police have launched a massive manhunt for the suspects, and the investigation is ongoing.
