A man, Louis Coetzee and his daughter Marlene Matthysen were shot during an armed robbery at the St. Helena Mashie, Unicor golf club in Welkom on the night of 26 April 2019. The man was fatally wounded from a gunshot to the back of the head , his daughter who also suffered a gunshot to the head is in stable condition in Hospital.
There is no other information available at this stage, police are investigating the murder and robbery.
