Help identify unknown African female found dead in a room at a guesthouse in Parkwest Street, Bloemfontein. The female who is about 39-years-old, arrived at the guesthouse on Thursday alone, requesting to rest.
When asked, she allegedly informed the guesthouse staff that she is from Kroonstad and heading to a funeral in Eastern Cape with other people.
The deceased had no form of identity with her and no luggage. She was wearing a floral pink dress with a multi coloured head wrap.
On Friday at about 10:00 the cleaning staff knocked on her rented room and discovered that something was wrong. Police and emergency services were called to the scene and she was declared dead at the scene.
Circumstances that led to her passing are still investigated and will be clear after the post-mortem. No one came to collect her and she is also unknown.
An inquest docket was opened and is under investigation.
