In the early hours this morning, at a farm in Ramdam, in the Fezile Dabi District, Moqhaka Municipality, Viljoenskroon, Free State a farmer was targeted by criminals and threatened to be shot.
Six suspects confronted a defenseless farmer, attacked him, and tied him up. The suspects threatened to stab him. The suspects took a shotgun and pointed it at the farmer threatening to shoot him in the head. The perpetrators fled with the farmer’s pickup truck.
The police responded to the incident and a shotgun was picked up on the Kroonstad road.
The farmer is traumatized by the event.
The police are investigating the incident.
