On Sunday, March 26, Jan Makgetla and his wife Mogobo who worked on a farm situated in Hertzogville district were severely assaulted in a revenge attack.
Both Jan and his wife were severely assaulted after Jan and another worker Jacob Kula prevented thieves from stealing sheep on their employer’s farm.
The Employer, Sam Bornman said Jan was stabbed with a sharp object in the back and kicked several times. His wife was also beaten with fists and lost her front teeth during the attack.
The police are investigating the incident.
