Police are on the lookout for suspects after an elderly man was found murdered in his house in Parys.
On 3 March 2024 at about 09:45, the 80-year-old man was found lying on the floor in the kitchen with his hands and feet tied up.
It is alleged that he didn’t arrive at the church at 8:30. One of the ladies of the church went to his house to check on him. As she arrived at his house, she found the back door open and went inside. She saw him and called the police.
There was no visible forced entry to the house. The deceased was staying alone in the house.
