At around 07:25 on the morning of 7 June 2021, a cash in transit vehicle was robbed on the R730 Welkom Virginia road close to the Willow Valley egg farm.
The suspects fled in a Silver BMW and dark Mercedes in the direction of Virginia.
It is unclear if there are any injuries.
Saps and security along with emergency services responded and are investigating.
