A farm attack took place in Bothaville, Free State.The attack was reported on twitter by Ian Cameron of AfriForum on 19 December 2018. During the attack four attackers attempted to rob farm workers. Farmers responded and during the ensuing gun battle and managed to injure two suspects forcing the other two to instantly surrender.
Four arrests were made and police are investigating the attack. There is no other information available at this stage.
