After the court of appeal in Bloemfontein ruled that his sentence of 15 years in prison was enforced, ANC John Block did not report to jail as expected.
Block was convicted of fraud and corruption along with businessman, Christo Scholtz, and sentenced to 15 years.
The Hawks are now on track for the two after they did not report to jail, but the Hawks claim that the two are not being seen as fugitive.
