The police in Ladybrand are looking for two people who went missing after they were accused of stealing nine sheep. The police have arrested two suspects who are appearing in the Ladybrand Magistrate court on Monday, 4 April 2022 facing charges of kidnapping and defeating the ends of Justice.

The missing persons are Diteboho Makgalanyane of extension 9 Thabong Section of Manyatseng near Ladybrand and Kelebone Majara of Maseru in Lesotho.

They were last seen taken by a car driven by the suspects on 26 March 2022 in Manyatseng and to date they haven’t reported back to their families, relatives or next of kin.

In the process following preliminary investigations, two suspects aged 37 and 48 from Manyatseng were arrested and detained.
