The motion to amend Article 25 of the Constitution to legalize the expropriation of property without compensation was approved by the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee by 12 votes to 4 on 15 November 2018.
Now it goes to the National Assembly where it will be pushed through by the joint vote of the ANC, EEF, IVP, PAC and other friends.
