Eskom apparently bent the rules for R4 billion coal supply contract to ensure that the contract is awarded to Tegeta Exploration and Resources.
Tegeta is owned by the Gupta family and Zuma’s son Duduzane Zuma.
Brian Molefe and Eskom chief officer, Ben Ngubane, are dead silent on the award despite several irregularities in the contract.
The Treasury states that their report will be handed to various parties for final consideration.
