The EFF’s chief whip in parliament, Floyd Shivambu, objected to the presence of Deputy Director General of the Treasury, Ismail Momoniat, at a financial committee meeting in parliament.
According to him, Momoniat presence undermined African leadership.
Treasury pointed out the EFF’s ignorance about the ministry and treasury’s work around the drama of Momoniat’s presence.
The EFF is accused of racist and politically incorrect remarks. The level at which the EFF argues and moves has never testified to any high intellectual abilities. Political commentators point out that the EFF has a clear anti white and anti Indian sentiment.
