The teacher will be expected to award at least 30% for this answer. With the new regulations passed by Parliament this week for relaxing entry requirements into university, this genius would be allowed to become a meteorologist or an engineer at Stellenbosch University, as he obviously speaks no Afrikaans and is therefore a preferential candidate for an Afrikaans language university.

He will qualify and become a government employee in either the weather service or the Dept of Public Whêks (Pun intended).

Which will mean that the bridge not collapsing under the first tuk tuk crossing it, will wash away when the unpredicted rains come.
