A 43-year-old foreign national was on the evening of 23 February 2023, kidnapped from his business at zone 8, Zwelitsha outside Qonce by three (3) unknown gunmen.
His vehicle was later found abandoned at Mlaka-laka village not far from Zwelitsha.
A case of Kidnapping and Carjacking has been opened for investigation.
