Butterworth Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit (FCS) arrested a 32 year old man for alleged rape of a 22 year old woman. It is alleged that the victim was offered a soft drink by the suspect. She drank it.
She became unconscious and discovered the following morning that she was raped by the suspect.
The crime was committed on Wednesday 1 May 2019, at about 21:00 at Jingqi Locality, Dumalisile Village, Willowvale. The suspect appeared before the Centane Magistrates’ Court on 6 May 2019.
