A Mdantsane woman was arrested Wednesday 7 December 2016, in NU 16, Mdantsane by members of Inyibiba Crime Prevention and Crime Intelligence. Police confiscated 221 Mandrax tablets.
The 26-year-old suspect is due to appear in the Mdantsane Magistrate’s Court today on charges of dealing and possession of drugs.
Mdantsane Cluster Commander, Major General Henry Vos commended his members for the arrest.
“I would like to urge the community to work with the police to eliminate drugs in our communities, because they destroy the future of our children,” he said.
