It is alleged that a 71 year old woman was together with her grand daughter while they were attacked by two armed men when entering their house in Sterkstroom at about 19:00 on the night of 6 February 2018.
Both were assaulted and the old woman was kidnapped. The perpetrators managed to take undisclosed amount of money and her green Spark Chevrolet vehicle.
The woman is still missing and Task Team has been formed for the search. A case of kidnapping and house robbery has been opened.
