High density operation to combat crime resulted into three suspects being arrested for possession of drugs at Queenstown and Thornhill yesterday.
Police members were in the effort of curbing drugs in the area as they are the contributing factor in crime committed. They conducted stop and search in hotspot areas and apprehended three suspects aged between 28 and 40 years. They were searched and found in possession of drugs to the street value of R7000.
All arrested suspects will appear at Queenstown Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 15 January 2024.
