Three men with ages ranging between 20 and 25 years, were arrested for murder today at Gomeni locality in Tsolo at about 15:00. The suspects were arrested by Tsolo Detectives after a 36 year old man was reported by his father to have been last seen at Qebeyi locality in Tsolo on Friday, 13 December 2019 at about 18:00.
During an intensive investigation, it transpired that one of the suspects was seen pushing a wheelbarrow to the nearby dongas where the deceased decomposed body was discovered.
The suspect was arrested and led police to the other two suspects. The motive for the killing is yet to be established and they will appear before Tsolo Magistrate Court soon.
