Elliot K9 members Cst Mehlo and Cst Alam received a call from Elliot vispol members while they were busy with crime prevention at Elliot, that there is information about cattle that is being driven towards the Elliot direction.

The K9 members together with Elliot vispol members followed up the information and proceeded to the said direction. Upon arrival at the scene, there were Elliot community members’ vehicles and one community member then showed the SAPS the three cattle along the roadside and showed them the driver and an Avanza vehicle.
