The South African Police Service in Kamesh in cooperation with detectives from the Uitenhage Cluster Operational Command Centre have launched a search for armed robbers following a business robbery in Kolgans Street, Rosedale last night, 14 September 2018 at about 20:00.

It is alleged that four armed male suspects entered the shop and assaulted the shop assistant. The suspects then took an undisclosed amount of money, airtime and cigarettes and fled from the scene. No one was seriously injured during the robbery.

Uitenhage Cluster detectives are investigating a case of business robbery and detectives are following up on all possible leads.

The South African Police Service appeal to business owners to implement additional safety measures to prevent these robberies from occurring.
